Yoga has been an important part of my own journey and continues to shape the way I approach wellbeing today.

For me, yoga is not about perfect poses or flexibility. It is about creating space to slow down, breathe, reconnect with yourself and find balance in the middle of everyday life.

Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve mobility, build strength or simply carve out time for yourself, yoga offers a powerful way to support both body and mind.

Online & In-Person Classes

I offer both online and in-person classes, making it easier to fit yoga into your lifestyle.

Classes are welcoming, accessible and suitable for all levels, whether you are stepping onto a mat for the first time or returning to your practice after a break.

 

Each session combines mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation techniques to help you leave feeling more grounded, energised and connected.

Community Yoga Project

I believe wellbeing should be accessible to everyone.

That's why I created a community yoga project offering weekly classes for women experiencing financial difficulties or challenging circumstances.

For just £5 per class, participants can access a supportive environment where they can move, breathe, connect and prioritise their wellbeing without financial barriers.

Because everyone deserves the opportunity to care for themselves.
